Does any one else think so little about anything?
Something's wrong with my computer software the last couple days so I can't load and view any video in case this was covered in the recent back swing tip.

Steve,
The goal of every golfer should be to train their pattern to the point where they can go out and do exactly what you are describing - making a free wheeling stroke in both directions. Sounds like when you are trying to consciously make movements in your swing you are disturbing the sequence of your swing and possibly even steering the club out of good alignments. A lot of times a golfer will try to over train themselves in areas where they are better off sensing just a free wheeling feeling....
