Thanks Dodger... I work on the book a little at a time each week, so one day it will be out there.

Left palm up to what degree?
Depends on the pattern you are trying to execute

Left Palm to the Sky = Maximum Swivel {Constantino Rocca} excellent for slicers

Left Palm up to the plane = Standard Swivel --

Less than a standard swivel = mini swivel {excellent for hookers}
