Ok, we know all about this swing sequence and kinematics, but I have some problems with performing this correctly, how do I train to make it work better? Drills? Checkpoints? Even video on this Mike?
I certainly understand my body needs to be pretty fit to really make it work like it should in a golf swing. (I have recently read Joey Diovisalvi's book "Fix Your Body, Fix Your Swing" and think this is one good step towards a better swing. Of course if I do the workout he proposes.)
But there probably are som limitations for some of us guys (and gals) in the 40's and 50's. Injured backs and so on... Yeah, yeah, I'll do the workout...
