Thanks,

Bob,
Ball Fitting has become an easy test, it is a feature of the Flightscope. You fill in a short list of questions and hit a 'control' ball and then it reports back with the best ball options for you. Just to let you know, I am always picky about the ball that I play and even though I don't play too many rounds of golf in a year I do feel feedback from any and every ball I select. By trail and error by my own feel I selected a ball last year to play with, when I did the Flightscope Ball Test recently it fitted me to that one ball that I selected to play on my own. I was impressed!
If you don't have a flightscope nearby, I think good ole' trial and error is the best way. All golf balls have similar performance characteristics as they are governed by the rules of golf. So it ultimately comes down to player preference. Hope that helps
