Great, great question. There are going to be customizations necessary for different situations. Larger framed upper bodies might have limitations in their body pivot. This is where blending the arms and body is a big key, if you are limited to how much you can pivot back make sure that at least you are #1 lining up right shoulder, right hip, right knee, right ankle as you turn your back as you physical features allow. Make sure your arms reach at least above that right turned shoulder at the top of the backstroke. These should be some simple checkpoints to help you out. Keep us posted on how you do...
