I've watched the umbrella video a couple times and used it in the back yard a couple times. I have also bought the soft draw video from Brians site and watched it 3 times now.
Is using the umbrella swing compatible with all patterns? In particular the soft draw.

The umbrella drill is excellent for learning to sense the sweet spot movement in a standard-ish pattern...... Different patterns will modify the movement a bit...

I don't know if I have ever seen the soft draw video
