Swings that Illustrate Some New Concepts

Mike,

Wondering if you could comment on the following swing and relate it to your new information about the moment from the top initiating start down.



Do I see the outward/away movement of the hands at the 11 second mark?

Thats a nice swing clip, very good for golfers to see. Even with the limits of basic video we can see a path of the Mid-Point between the hands.

What we learn from traditional camera work and 2D is very limited and could be misleading. With that said, there are certain things that we can learn from video as long as we have good references set when we take the film.
