Here are some vids of my driver and 6-iron. Hitting the driver well, mid irons are all over the place. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Sorry about cutting off the ball in the driver FO, but I did not bring my glasses.

I'll throw my 2 cents in if you don't mind.
On the backswing pivot, your hips look they are moving to the right causing your upper half to lean a little toward the target. You also sway a good bit and it looks like you get out over that right leg rather than staying inside.
I think overall it looks good. I'd try a pinch wider stance to help try and tighten the backswing up a little. Think NSA backswing pivot. You can still transfer weight without all the swaying. Just seems to me your moving around more than you need to be.

Neil,
Many thanks for the heads-up. I had my best ball-striking day(s) of the year over the weekend. Saturday was incredible. After an hour and a half on the range with an old shaft outside my right leg to prevent the sway, I hit 12 of 18 GIRs, and all but two of the missed greens were very savable(sp?). I won't ruin the tone of the post by discussing my putting, but even with that I was four over rating, by FAR the best round of the year.
Also made enough to play for free.![]()
