    Joe,

Your lower body motion looks better, more underneath the arms/club at and through impact.

I have a thought for you to introduce in your next practice session geared toward your chicken wing finish.

    Joe,

Can you give us some background on your buddies game?

Does he fight blocks and hooks with the driver?

Adding to what Mike said about the out toss I would add in a little back of the left wrist twist towards the ground and a little behind yourself.

This may result in a little more left arm rotation to and through impact.

Let us know how it goes for you Joe.

    Joe,

Your friend appears to have the look of an early arm lift which would be fine except that in the down swing he exhibits a strong move towards the ball with his hands and knees which could cause a swing directed too far to the right.

A simple drill to work on would be hitting a ball in front of the ball he is set up to hit. Swing over top of the first ball and try and hit the second ball.
This second ball would be a shoe length in front (towards the target) and slightly to the left of the first ball. In other words your friend should add a little carry to direct his path more to the left.

Let us know how it goes for your friend.
