Well, certainly no expert here, but i will take a crack at it - feel free to strike me down for my amateur analysis.
Overall seems a pretty darn good swing. Love the tempo and that the hands move away from the target at the top and he seems intent on letting the club line up.
My thought is that improvement could be made around impact by keeping the shoulders closed more and having the hands/arms/shoulder move up instead of left; seems the face rotates quite a bit through the impact zone b/c of this. I would imagine inconsistency comes when the shoulders open too much and he has to work super hard to save it and close the face. The Wedge Swing DTL seems the best in terms of keeping the shoulders closed or pointing at the target.
Seems there are a couple ways to get everything moving up around impact - my eyes see most great players moving the entire shoulder complex with hands and arms up... then you also have Lee Westwood who keeps his torso/side-bend forever and moves the coupling point up by bending his left arm which seems harder to do and more variable in terms of low-point, but damn that guy can hit it so it works for him.
Just my humble golf opinion - buyer beware (especially free advice from internet golf land).
JDMAC, interesting analysis. Is the whole "open shoulders/hips" thing at impact no good like it was once thought to be?
I'd also like to hear MJ's take on the acceleration profiles as they relate to the shaft fit.
Yep. Did a quick look through my history, randomly picking sessions, and the range is between 60* - 63*. It's been that way for as long as I can remember. The range for any club in my hands seems to be from low to mid 60's. I have NO IDEA what a high 40 degree VSP feels like.
Does the golfer's height play a factor?

Here are some screen shots of ZT
We will begin our discussion with his swing as we wait to hear from Mike about any work that he has done in regards to his Vertical Swing Plane Angle.
Here are some diagrams:
