Two weeks ago I had the opportunity of taking a short game lesson with Mike and all I can say is Thank You Mike. I always knew my short game was preventing me from being a good player (an average score for me is 85).
So after our lesson I continued to practice every thing you pointed out for me to work on, both at my house and on the range. In the week following the lesson I could immediately feel a ball striking difference on the range. My wedges were going straight and had some bite on the green. So this past Sunday I played my first round of the year and shot a 78!!! A new career low for me! Last season I only shot 79 twice the whole year and here I was setting a new low my first time out. There is no doubt your teaching corrected a huge flaw in my game and the results were immediate. Now I can't wait to see how low I can go. Thanks again Mike, that 2 hour trip out to Long Island was well worth the time and drive.

For those wondering what he corrected, I was WAY under plane coming into the ball on chips, pitches and full wedges (something I don't do as serve with my irons and driver). He quickly corrected my path, showed me some drills to correct this from happening and gave me some video tips to archieve when I got home to correct on my own.

    Thanks Again,
    Dennis

    Dennis,

Enjoyed working with you very much! Always nice to have a student who applies and appreciates some of the best instruction in the world. Glad you decided to make the 2 hour drive and it lead to a career round. Keep us posted!
