Although I am not sure, I believe I start hitting low hooks when my lower back is tired/sore (either from golfing the previous day, or just tired after hitting too many balls at the range). I remember last lesson where you pointed out my tendency to bend my knees during my downswing, which I might be doing to give my back some relief... if that's true, my center is lower and club moves forward, causing me to hit off the club heel and duff behind the ball... Could this be the case? What can I do to keep my knees from bending during downswing?
