    How is it possible to have the heel pad on top of the grip and still be palm neutral? When I put the heel pad on top it seems as though my palm is a little down. Thanks.

    Jon,

    Not uncommon.... most golfers will have a very slight palm down. Just make sure you adjust the right palm to match so that they are neutral to each other. I will put those grip pictures up soon...
