What would be the downside of hitting a 58-60 with low bounce out of the sand. I never have any trouble and it is my primary club, but I am curious if I am missing something.

    Thanks.

    Swing O,

I use the same 59 with low bounce as my primary sand club, but take out a 56 degree wedge with 14 degrees of bounce and you will see and feel a tremendous difference. If I am playing a course with tough bunkers and have extra room in the bag this club makes a big difference. For example, last week I joined some of my students at a Tllinghast design private club and the bunkers can be a hassle so I took the 56 with 14 bounce.....
