The key is the sequential movements and how the components reach peak speed. The correct order of peak speed is invaluable. This will be in the crux of the new film

    Phana,

I have access to a 12 sensor nearby. The AMM machines are my favorites. Looking forward to adding some type of motion measurement to my teaching in 2011 to join the Flightscope for a technological medley!

#1 is club face - making sure the face is uniform to the swing track

#2 is checking arm movement on the way back making sure that it is not 'too flat' which would cause a lot of carry on the way down

#3 is an adjustment of the kinematic sequence on the downswing of pelvis and trunk relationship. Creation of right side bend from a better kinematic sequence

Let me know which areas you would like me to expand on
Thanks for the reply. I went out to the range today and worked on getting the right shoulder down (and left shoulder up). Hit it pure! It seems that my right shoulder is coming out and around - typical OTT move. Will post video soon to give you a classical OTT.
