First, lets have you rewatch this clip and then we will be able to take it from there and expand on it. The concept of 'hitting' a ball vs swinging has been so distorted and abused that many people are left clueless. I touch on it in this video and you should have a better understanding... Obviously ignore the ending when I give some website news as it was last year's news

Michael, Thanks for the video clip......I know I am what is called a Switter.....And that is what messes me up....I would love to really learn the hitting proceedure....Can you explain more on set up, take away, driving through the ball...I think I have a good basis and hit my drives very well yesterday, but would love to learn more about it from the master....
