I have been working on (1) flatter shoulder turn on the backswing (2) start swing with lower body leading (3) keep axis tilt during contact.
I think I have made
I think my hips are an issue - they are moving on top of my right side instead of turning into it, I then have to make a very conscious effort to slide them to target. The better turn feels it will lead into the transition better, will try it with some swings....
TPG,
There are a lot of good things happening here in your swings. The right shoulder is getting too steep on the back swing which means it is positioned very much between your feet at the top of the backswing instead of being more over the right heel. This is making your neck and right shoulder move forward and steeper than appropriate on the way down which is not giving you an opportunity to have any right side bend. The impact body location you have is making you have to 'chase' the clubhead to the ball {so to speak}
So, right shoulder lower and more over right heel on backswing
Neck stays back on downswing which will create more right side bend
Post impact club exit will feel like you are draining water out of your right ear as you maintain the new and improved right side bend. Let me know if you need further clarifications

I have been modifying my hip turn on the backswing to sway back less and get my right hip a little lower on the backswing - I am hoping this will help with a flatter shoulder turn. These swings are the result:
In this set of swings, I am more consciously keeping the right shoulder flatter and driving it down to start the swing:
Which swing do you like the best - what next steps to pursue?
the first set of swings are going straight but shorter distance.
after seeing the first set of swings on video, I though I may need to keep the right shoulder flatter, so I tried that in the 2nd set of swings. I have not tried the 2nd set on the driving range or golf course.
In the slow motion captures from what I can see the improvements are tremendous. Body sequencing, swing shape is all very conventional. I would be able to get another vantage point of the swing was showing in normal speed. I like this one a lot, I really think you should be able to play good golf from the movements I see here:
Time to take it to the golf course for 3-5 rounds and report back on how it went and then post up some more swings from the driving range if possible, with some in regular speed as well as slow speed
