    Hi Mike:
You know my swing, and the high lefts have crept back in.
Do you think my hands are not high enough on the way back? Or do you think perhaps I'm roundhousing a bit on the way through. I've been practicing trying to get my right shoulder down more to the ball, but am having a hard time feeling it. I had a very unacceptable range session until the end, when I focused on the downswing pivot "filling up the space" with my left hip and leg, and then the ballflight got lower and it seemed like less work. I've also been messing around with float loading and man can I lag the hosel if I'm not careful.
    Whew.
    Help?

Apologies for impersonating Mike (poorly, no doubt) but it seems to me that you have answered your own question. viz:-

Every trouble you mentioned above sounds like a lack of any kind of proper side bend or tilt on the way down. This is why when you attempted to do what I have quoted above you allowed yourself to create a better amount of tilt which in turn produced a much better trajectory as opposed to the high lefts of steep impact when proper axis tilt is missing.

This is a strange feeling for me. You know I've worked very hard to get rid of any underplane downswing stuff, and this would almost seem to encourage it.
I guess that I'll practice it some more and report back.

PS They're aerating my course today, so it looks like golf and steak will have to be in September.
