I wish you luck, maybe we see you on the Golf Channel. I think your presentation is wonderful.

Jim,
Glad you liked the video.... modern technology has proven 2 major revelations in golf. #1 is if you are hitting off the ground and aim perfectly straight & square, swing on a perfect path and plane, with a perfectly straight club face THE BALL WILL NOT GO STRAIGHT. Golf Instruction has always been dedicated to getting a golfer to set up perfectly square, swing with a square face, and put a club on a perfect plane and path with those silly line drawing analysis programs. Well, the news flash is that if you strike downwards while doing this {which every golfer does when hitting off the ground} you are diverging the path to the right!!!
#2 --- When measuring the club head in relation to the ground, great players are lowering their driver club heads to an average of about 48 degrees when hitting off the tee. Striking up a drive with a lower club head to the ground is optimal.
Figured I would tackle one of these subjects for the golf channel audition because it is time for the mainstream golf instruction to help golfers with these topics. I am not even sure if 'pop & celebrity' teachers even know this information ???????
So is it too technical??? Am I a 'mainstream' style teacher???? I don't know, its valuable information and a 'concept tip' and not a 'how to tip.' Golfers are pretty good at accomplishing the concept that they have in their mind, so get the concept right and you are off to a running start.
Homer's book is deemed by intellectuals the world over as an extremely poorly written book, it is a part of my education but the book needs a complete and utter re-haul to adhere to modern science otherwise it is obsolete
