I have heard and seen on tv that an early wrist break isnt good in a golf swing. I know many that do and are really good golfers one in particular won championship 15 yrs in a row with early wrist and crushes the ball. So my question is, is it a good or bad thing to have an early wrist break and if bad why?

Joe it depends on how you are defining what a wrist break is? Does it mean cocking the wrists up? If so, you will get yourself in a lot of trouble if you are cocking your back wrist up more than a couple of degrees. If its referring to having an early left wrist cock and right wrist bend thats another story. The video tip from 2008 Close Up of Hand Action and Web Movie Grip and Wrist Action give and define all possible wrist conditions.
