    Mike,

I have adapted to the new grip more and more as I play and I love it. Wish i had more time to get out to a lesson again but I will soon. In Nuclear swng I see you had a Blackberry before they came out...lol. I bought both of your web movies(nuclear swing & explosive golf school 3). The are so helpful. I am getting to pivot down, the tilt angle, hands by or above right shoulder etc. The only one I don't have is grip and wrist but I will buy that next. Are there any others( I have the 10 things...)?

Ok maybe you can give me some advice. Plainly put a lot of times I take deep divots.

    Horsegoer,

Sounds like you are starting to put the pieces of your golf game together. I am so glad to hear you are enjoying my instruction. I have tried to produce as much information in video and written form to help golfers all around the world. I am certain that my book 'Examination of a Golf Swing' will be my 'big splash' in the industry. I would sift through the Explosive Golf Shows and Video Tips for some other great info.

As for divots, we definitely are not looking to gouge the ground with a golf club. The Pga tour average on a six iron shot is a 4.1 degree downward strike, in the absence of a collision a 4.1 degree downward strike would go way less than half an inch.

During the strike, forces that send the club into the ground from the collision and how the club behaves during the strike are a bit of another story.

As for your deep divots, I would try and feel like the club head is 'Tickling' the grass a bit more as you approach the impact and it should help shallow out the impact area
