Welcome to the website and thanks for the kind words. Let's give you a hand with the pull hook. If you are certain that you are making centered contact, then you need to look into the relationship of the face of your club to the path of the stroke. When I say path, I am referring to the 3D path of the club head. Not only is the swing direction a concern, how much you are striking down is a concern as well. I would take a look at your grip and be certain it is taken in a way that allows you to orientate the club face as best as possible. A 'suitcase' grab with the top hand is a great starting place. When working on your swing I would start to open the face relative to your swing path. Many times the golfer needs a swing path adjustment even though they cannot detect it themselves. Don't be afraid to change your swing direction more 'towards the hook' and open the face relative to that path and you should see a difference.
