Great question and I think a lot of people in the crowd could use some help in this area. What makes the blending so difficult is that the golfer is leaning over and swinging the club on an inclined angle. The angle in which the club swings on is changing during the swing but then becomes quite stabilized in the latter stages of the downswing as the load on the club becomes greater.
When it comes to blending the backswing pivot and arms better, I always recommend the Explosive Golf Table Top Drills...
