Please help me understand how to hit the wedges straighter. I'm having the toughest time with my PW, GW and SW. I seem to be hitting them left of my target every time. So if I am at a flag say 100 yards out I hit them the correct distance but I miss left EVERYTIME I’m talking 30 feet to they look like GIANT pulls.

So this is what I’m trying to do with my wedges ... now keep in mind I don’t pull the 9 iron or 8 iron nowhere near as much.... also same brand and shafts club set and wedges make up...

Aim the face at the flag 100 out swing with a normal path with less downward strike... but It isn’t happening like its suppose to.. I’ve tried the ... or maybe it is ball position changes ... I’ve tried face direction changes ... I’ve tried lie angle changes.... I’ve use the D plane calculator... I’m not getting it with these dang wedges....

    Help!!

    RA,

If you are hitting strong pulls and the ball is initially launching way left, I would pay attention to the club face. Technically, if the swing direction is left to offset the downward strike the club face will be OPEN TO THE SWING DIRECTION

Also, be sure to check the lie angles of the wedges and make sure they are not excessively upright

    MJ,

Still having face issues ... need some ideas Ive been doing the table top drills and trying to control the face. I dont feel like I am rolling the face but I guess I am. My AOA has gotten much more shallow but with the wedges but the face is still closed to the path.
