Hey Mike,

Nice show. I notice that question 1 has been edited out. Are you going to cover that in the next show?

Default wedge question - 07-20-2009, 09:36 PM

Mike,

Where do I find info on the specifics on why you don't hit a lob wedge for the full swing? Is it just because of toe droop? What loft should I use from the fairway on a full swing? What should my lie angle be with the lob wedge as it relates to my irons? Thanks in advance. Any other info that I missed??

Vernon

Alex,

I had to do a bunch of editing, it turned out to be 20 minutes and I wanted to break it into a few 6 or 7 minute segments.... other topics will be up this week

Stern,

You can hit a lob wedge for a full swing, I was suggesting have a club just for short swings and have all your clubs fitted one by one by hitting off a lie board. I prefer a short swing club that is fitted for just the short swings. You can use any loft that you are comfortable with, the bottom line is just make sure you hit off a lie board from time to time to make sure your clubs are fitted, even hit the short shots off the board to see what part of the sole you are hitting and the fit. Hope that helps!
