Thanks Mike, good stuff!

Being a decent golfer (and one that should be better!!) I dont have a problem with the chicken wing after but almost the opposite in the left arm staying too straight through impact and after the cross. I hate the way it looks but don't know if it creates "scatter" shots like the winging does or any other tendencies.

This may or may not be something that you will fix on me right away, but whenever I see it on video it looks bad! I love the visual and idea of the "curl" and will try to implement it in the meantime.

Bolt,

Make sure you are relieving any tension in the arms as you are coasting to the finish... make sure your left arm is supple and allowed to curl. We will work on it when you come in a few weeks. Glad you liked the short video!
