Most golfers who shimmy off balance are having their shoulders reach peak speed before their hips on their downswing swing sequence. Why that is happening is another story, over accelerating? Trying to tumble down the club face on the way down? What do you think is causing??? Does it feel like over accelerating>?

MJ,
I believe that this is more of a backswing issue with me. For some reason my weight goes to my toes in the backswing. Perhaps this is b/c in all other sports you are taught to play on your toes but in golf b/c it is stationary it is just the opposite. How do you fix the problem for the backswing? Should I just try and stay on my heels more? Thanks.
