Sounds like there is some errors in your kinematic sequence {swing sequence of body moves}

Most golfers who shimmy off balance are having their shoulders reach peak speed before their hips on their downswing swing sequence. Why that is happening is another story, over accelerating? Trying to tumble down the club face on the way down? What do you think is causing??? Does it feel like over accelerating>?
